Returning your order

Running.shop gives you no less than 365 days to return your purchase. Please make sure that we receive a returned item within this time frame. The 365 days start on your purchase date.

How to return (a part of) your order

return_form_step_1_icon Make sure all items are unused and undamaged. All labels should stay attached.
return_form_step_2_icon Wrap the product(s) carefully in a proper bag or box.
return_form_step_3_icon Download the return form, fill it out and add it to the package.
return_form_step_4_icon Choose your preference of shipping and sent it to:
Running.shop, Attn: Customer Service, Breedstraat 38, 1811 HG Alkmaar, The Netherlands
return_form_step_5_icon Keep the tracking number until Running.shop receives your package.

Terms and conditions of returning an order

  • Running.shop gives you 365 days, starting on your purchase date, to return a product.
  • In case you have received a damaged or incomplete product, please contact [email protected] before you send anything back.
  • A returned product can only be used for the purpose of trying on - not for actually using it.
  • A returned product should still be in new condition, clean (but unwashed) and undamaged.
  • A returned product has to be packed in the original packaging and all labels should be attached.
  • In case above three criteria are not met, Running.shop can charge extra costs.
  • Please always pack a product in a proper bag or box besides the original packaging.
  • The refund will always be initiated as soon as possible and always within 7 days after receipt.
  • The purchase amount will always be transferred back in the same way the order was paid.
